Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer a high volume of inbound calls from Provide a Ride recipients
Verify customer information and set up the customer's transportation to medical appointments Respond to any questions, concerns, issues, or problems
Navigate through multiple computer applications and ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate
Requirements, Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience 1-2 years customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite Excellent organizational and researching skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
