Currently we are seeking a driven, full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
The Customer Accounts Specialist role at Westridge Marketing has two primary responsibilities - provide superior customer service to our customers and manage effective working relationships with our vendors. Tasks and projects should be in support of these responsibilities and should align with company goals for driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Answer phone calls, reply to emails, and use our live chat service to assist customers
Process Orders via phone and site
Vendor relationship management
Resolving issues related to pending orders
Create custom quotes for corporate clients and volume orders
Perform price checks for assigned vendors, as determined by Merchandising team
Incoming order management
Participate in initiatives that encourage business growth
Requirements for the position include:
Bachelors Degree preferred.
2-5 years of experience. Recent college graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Professional, organized, and able to handle multiple, shifting priorities.
Ability to solve complex business problems.
Curious by nature and driven to learn.
Friendly, outgoing personality.
Proven track record of achievement and success.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
