Summary:
The loan officer assistant is responsible for providing direct clerical and administrative support to the loan officer.
ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
Respond to all incoming phone calls from new clients or return clients within 4 hour time standard.
Follow up with clients that are in the current pipeline.
Update agents regarding the progress of pre-qualified clients.
Maintain the loan officer's calendar.
Update key databases.
Create, edit, and print marketing pieces.
Requirements
Qualifications :
High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in mortgage, banking, title, or real estate
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with positive attitude
Proficient in word, excel, publisher, email and social media sites
Self-driven individual who can work well in team atmosphere
Respect of highly confidential information
Ability to follow instructions and direction
Standard office administrative practices and procedures including the use of standard office equipment
Business correspondence formatting
