JOB SUMMARY
Leads the Client Service Management team for a specific region and specific business line. This position ensures quality, effectiveness and efficiencies to the agency while maintaining a high level of customer service for our clients. Responsibilities include recruitment, training and development of the account manager staff and assist in day-to-day activities when needed to meet or exceed organizational objectives and goals. Obtains expertise on the client service model for clients, prospects and vendors by presenting in meetings, developing vendor relationships and being a resource to educate and promote the competitive advantage our service model provides. Responsibile for the retention of our clients by ensuring our Account Managers are consistently delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with our clients and vendors.
Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn't meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associated's anonymous Ethics Hotline.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
o Lead account manager team to work with sales & marketing management and staff to ensure service department is meeting the needs of the clients and sales & marketing teams. Ensure sound relationships with outside vendors and between AFG service teams, sales team, marketers and all other related departments.
o Independently verify that our client service model is consistently being delivered. Identify opportunities for improvement for the client experience and the effectiveness of the account manager team. Lead the change management process to ensure a new process is engrained in our service model.
o Maintain an assigned book of business.
o Promote both personal and professional development with each Account Manager through our leadership development programs that builds an individual strengths in order to create additional and future leaders from with the organization.
o Oversight and/or Management of service and processing needs of the department in a manner that is profitable and in line iwth industry cost expectations and the budget.
Qualifications:
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing or other related fields
Required
Experience: 4-7 years Customer Service Management role and/or Commercial Property and Casualty, Employee Benefits or Personal Lines service, sales or marketing roles.
Preferred
Experience: 7-10 years Experience in Commercial Property & Casualty, Employee Benefits or Personal Lines sales, marketing and customer service management roles.
