Description
As a member of the development team for a leading, large-scale E-Commerce web application you will design, code, and unit test new features and modifications. You will implement projects in a timely manner, in conformance with coding standards and in compliance with defined specifications. A key function of this role is to communicate effectively with people in a distributed work environment, including flushing out loosely defined requirements.
General responsibilities for this position include:
Design, code, and unit test complex new features and modifications
Develop robust, reliable, well tested software
Document new and existing features
Triage, re-factor, and troubleshoot issues found within the code base
Research data quality issues
Implement projects in a timely manner in conformance with coding standards and in compliance with defined specifications
Communicate effectively in a fast paced work environment
Mentor team members on good software practices and coding standards
Support work estimating processes
Responsible for enforcement of the development lifecycle
REQUIRED
5
years programming experience in Java
2
years object oriented analysis and design
2
years SQL experience, Oracle preferred
Experience coding JSP
Experience with HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Exposure to AJAX, XML related technologies (XML, XSD, XML Schema, XSLT, XPath)
Experience building web applications in an object oriented development environment
DESIRED: REST / RESTFUL web service
API experience
Agile methodology experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
