What you''ll get to do:
The Network Business Analyst will work with the Director of Network Initiatives & Business Support on network solutions for internal business clients: Center for Healthy Aging (CHA), State Public Programs (SPP). Duties include the following:
Define business process, data analysis and support business cases to push forward strategic initiatives and Network Management goals
Generate reports to aid in the analysis and tracking of underlying market trends by both product & network views
Work closely with the various segments ensuring that proper prioritization and coordination occurs between stakeholders and impacted departments
Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the health care industry, business processes, data, and IT systems to resolve issues, automate and improve business processes
Gain in-depth knowledge of Medica operations and network management processes and assist with the implementation of both business and IT solutions

Qualifications:
Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent work experience required
2 years of related experience required, 5 years preferred
Healthcare experience required
Skills and Abilities:
Subject matter expertise of core business processes and the systems that support them
Excellent data and business needs analysis
Project planning and implementation
Strong communication (written/verbal) skills
Ability to gain cross functional support for projects
Ability to work independently and as team member
Ability to cope with changing environment, multiple projects and competing deadlines
Ability to influence behavior of business partners and build strong relationships
Ability to develop strong business cases in support of project requests
