Description
Business/Systems Analyst Will focus on developing integrated solutions for a team of developers working on the creation of a self service application request portal and onboarding services into a service catalog. The systems interact with other systems and role requires communication with many stakeholders and subject matter experts. Will be creating Scope documents, Business Review Docs, lifecycle management docs, systems mockups, publish user stories, and other artifacts. Will be part of an Agile Scrum team and will interact with other scrum teams. Will be expected to learn our existing systems.
Five or more years'' experience in BSA role
Experience with Agile based methodologies (story creation, definition of acceptance criteria, functional specs, etc)
Gather and organize information on problems or procedures.
Analyze data gathered and potential solutions
Review and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements.
Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
Skilled in running meetings
Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
Ability to function in an environment with changing deadlines and priorities
Ability to multi-task
Advanced skills in Excel and SharePoint
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proven written and oral communication skills
Experience creating wireframes that project customer''s requirements
Ability to write SQL queries a plus
Some development experience a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
