Associate General Counsel ? Medicare and Retirement
The candidate will provide legal advice and services on issues concerning the rights, obligations, risks and privileges of the organization. Acquire deep knowledge of the industry and the specific business practices of Medicare business within group so as to best advise senior business leaders. Provides a full range of legal advice and services and may specialize in one of more areas such as healthcare law, transactional work, contracts law, benefit law, insurance law, regulatory and compliance. Will be part of the Finance, Distribution and Operations legal team that advises the Medicare business. Provide legal counsel to Medicare and Retirement leaders in Finance and other areas to support the strategic development and oversight of programs that improve patient outcomes and health data accuracy.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
