Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the global accounts payable process for all organizational entities. Ensure precise and timely processing of vendor invoices, adhering to accounts payable policies and accurate general ledger classifications. Communicate with vendors, update tax forms, and oversee invoice management. Collaborate with management to expedite invoice approvals and resolve related issues promptly. Manage the annual tax reporting process for the organization. Partner with senior accountants to advance accounting practices and reporting. Develop and maintain weekly cash reconciliations for designated entities. Monitor cash flows and provide funding recommendations as needed. Maintain intercompany reconciliations and assist in preparing monthly intercompany invoices. Review and approve Travel and Entertainment expenses monthly, contributing to periodic reporting to management. Collaborate across departments to optimize processes and suggest enhancements to policies. Assist in conducting annual entity audits and participate in budgeting activities as required.
Qualifications:
Associate's in Accounting with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Strong technical accounting skills, especially in accounts payable and taxes . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at building internal and external relationships. Ability to independently manage projects and tasks within established timelines. Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
