We are looking to add 1 full time or 2 part time customer service representatives to our team.
Our goal at Glen Lake Animal hospital is to make sure there is an equal work life balance along with making sure everyone feels a part of the family here plus who doesn't love reduced veterinary costs for you own pets and a fridge and pantry with unlimited snacks and drinks.
Duties include:
First point of contact for clients in person and on the phone, appointment check in and out, answer phones and schedule appointments on a multiple line phone system, some light filing and administrative duties.
Requirements:
1-2 years customer service experience, basic computer knowledge.
Previous veterinary clinic experience recommended but not required.
Hours are 7-5 or 8-6, working 4 shifts a week.
The 7-5 and 8-6 shifts would be rotating.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
