00 pmMinnetonka company that supplies health care durable medical equipment products to patients all over Minnesota is looking for a Medical Biller to complete the submission and follow-up process on insurance claims.
Looking for someone who has an understanding of medical billing follow-up with specific experience in dealing with medical assistance.
Minimum of 2 years Medical Billing experience especially working directly with Medical Assistance.
Daily tasks include:
Follow-up on all accounts receivables for all insurance companies.
Follow-up on all claim denials to ensure proper reprocessing or appeals in a timely manner.
Thorough research of each account including calling insurance, possible contact with the provider and customers.
Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and organizational skills2 years of medical billing experienceExperience working with Medical AssistanceExperience with Bright Tree Billing preferred.
