Positive Impacts - You'll make a difference by helping seniors live life on purpose! Responsibilities Performs general clerical functions including typing, emailing, creating memos, filing, processing mail, answering phones and operating general office equipment.
Greet, screen, and direct all visitors.
Communicates and interacts with guests, vendors, and all levels of management in a kind, respectful and effective way.
Champions hospitality and always delivers excellent customer service.
Purchase and manage inventory for the country store.
Maintain stockroom, kitchen, and housekeeping supplies, and orders as needed to maintain operations.
Maintain and manage warehouse storage.
Planning, ordering, and managing meals and snacks for team member training programs.
Planning, ordering, and managing catered meals for the team members.
Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies through FedEx and additional couriers.
Qualifications High school diploma/GED, or as required by applicable state laws.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Can operate office equipment including computers, printers, copiers, postage machines and multimedia instruments.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to anticipate and solve problems, can work independently.
Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbally, using the English language.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
