Responsibilities:
- Create and design flower arragements - Collaborate with Lead designer to develop creative concepts and designs - Ensure consistency across all design projects - Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines - Optimize flowers availability in the store - Meet customers to understand their needs and desires regarding their requirements - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in flower design Requirements:
- Proficient in flower design - Strong flower varieties knowledge - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Note:
This position does not involve cash handling or stock management.
Fluency in English is required.
We are looking for a talented Designer to join our team.
As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing flower arragements.
You will collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and produce high-quality flower arragements.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with excellent design skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
