We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at , a 262 unit apartment community in Minnetonka, MN.
In addition to the hourly rate, a sign on bonus of $1,500 minus taxes will be included if hired by 10/31/21! ($750 after 30 days of employment; $750 after 6 months of employment) Position
Summary:
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property.
Responsibilities:
Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel Establish positive relationships within the community Be on-call as scheduled by management
Qualifications:
1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or similar designation preferred Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred Yardi software experience preferred Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong judgment :
