We are looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would be responsible for providing personal cares and designated health related services to improve and/or maintain the senior residents' physical and emotional well-being for our vibrant Assisted Living building in Deephaven, MNThis caregiver position includes; 32 hours per two weeks Evening Shift Hours Every other weekend rotation and holiday rotation Partial Benefits; https:

bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
Under direction of Nurse provides tasks such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
Performs specified home services such as; laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff Assists with onboarding of new staff QualificationsRequired Skills If under 18, must be on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry Ability to communicate optimally, with emotional intelligence and patience for residents and coworkers Able to work in a team setting and support others Work with a diverse and older population Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
Previous work experience or formal training/education as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA or similar; preferred Work experience in a customer service setting; preferred Recommended Skills Assisted Living Certified Nursing Assistant Customer Service Home Care Nursing Patience Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
