Responsibilities and Duties Work Responsibilities include:
Managing multiple clients and communicating between clients and technical staff to create a high quality of care.
Creating a warm, inviting and welcoming environment for our clients and patients.
Assisting Doctors with physical exams, dispensing medications and getting patient history.
Assisting technicians with taking radiographs, running lab work, and preparing patients for surgery.
Providing nursing and comfort care.
Checking out patients (financial transactions), scheduling appointments, etc.
Additional tasks that help create a high quality clinic for our clients and patients.
Qualifications and Skills This position requires significant multitasking and attention to detail.
Must be proficient with computers and willing to learn specific veterinary software programs (Cornerstone).
Customer service experience is required, veterinary clinic experience is preferred.
Hours We are open Monday through Friday 7 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm.
Closed on Sundays and Major Holidays.
