JOB SUMMARY Handle day-to-day administration for the Sales team including account management, lead qualification, sales administration, the coordination of customer documentation, pipeline maintenance and information management.
Independent sales account ownership is expected over time with experience in the role.
Potential progression into a full sales representative position based on performance.
JOB DUTIES Provide sales, service, and account support for new and ongoing client relationships.
Qualify new and existing leads, identify business solutions, and determine next steps.
Collaborate with the sales team to maximize opportunity development and closure.
Coordinate and conduct customer sales interactions and demonstrations.
Initiate, update, and verify client, account, or transaction details in Salesforce.
com.
Provide reports and information as required.
Maintain knowledge of company products, pricing, promotions, and sales plans.
Attend product and sales trainings.
Develop sales presentation and product demonstration skills.
Create detailed and accurate sales quotations.
Maintain up to date pipeline information with input from the partner sales team.
Act as a point of contact for clients and service partners.
Maintain thorough working knowledge of all applications, computerized systems and internal processes related to the sales function.
Appropriately communicate brand identity, corporate position, and support marketing efforts.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
Attend and assist with sales meetings and trade shows.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS ESSENTIAL Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work independently but also take direction from multiple people.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload.
Self-motivated and able to assume responsibility while working in a team environment.
Ability to work on assignments requiring judgment, to resolve issues or make recommendations.
PREFERRED 2
years of experience in a sales support or account management environment.
Prior experience with Salesforce.
