Quick Apply 23 hours ago Full Job Description This is a local, work-from-home position, and it is a requirement that you live in Minnesota in the 7-county Twin Cities Metro Area because there will be tasks that require you to live in the local area.

The ideal candidate for this position possesses strong communication skills, lightning-fast speed implementation, is self-motivated, thrives on metrics and attention to detail, and has excellent follow-up skills.
We want someone who doesn't need a babysitter; and as a result, is willing to be extremely flexible with work times, vacations, etc This position has upside income potential for the right person but will require someone who isn't afraid of hard work and is willing to be aggressive.
During the work week, we expect you to work very hard, very efficiently, and produce stellar results.
You are working as a team member and there may be times that tasks not included in your job description may be required to make the team successful.
This position will report directly to the Owners and will start with a 30-day trial period before an official position is offered.
The ideal candidate will work between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday, but work hours can be flexible.
It is a requirement, however, that the candidate is available on Wednesdays from 9:
30 am - 10:
30 am for zoom staff meetings and 1-on-1s.
Generous paid vacation time and several perks are included in the employment package, including profit share and bonus, but there are no health/dental/401K plans offered at this time.
This is a work-from-home position that requires the candidate to have reliable, insured transportation.
The applicant MUST live in the Twin Cities Metro.
A smartphone and a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer are required.
Compensation:
$38,000 - $42,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Administrative Initiatives:
Maintain/compile metrics for marketing campaigns and work with Operations to streamline processes and workflow Task management of CRM Ensure all paperwork is in order and maintained for Acquisitions Manager(s) Aid in management of communication/paperwork between seller, attorney, title company, and negotiators if/when needed with direction from Acquisitions Manager Order all business supplies, as needed Confirm all appointments, as needed Answer incoming business calls, as needed Respond to general company emails and CEO emails, as needed Create and maintain yearly outreach to clients of Property Haus (holiday cards, thank you notes, client experience feedback) Social Media and Email Marketing Initiatives:
Successfully manage a VA who will:
Maintain content marketing on weekly social media posts from templates Maintain social media calendar from templates Respond to all social media messaging, as needed Manage drip campaigns for meetings and follow-ups Create and Maintain Quarterly Newsletter from templates Property Management Initiatives:
Set up utilities, read water meter if required Draft and send contracts, pay subs and get lien waivers, collect w9s, license info, and COI and workers comp from subs we hire and start new projects - verify insurance Set up TISH inspections (buy and sell side) Put lockbox on house/pick up when we sell Set up insurance for each new property Schedule lawn and snow care at all properties, as needed Managerial Tasks:
Manage Virtual Assistants, letter writer, data puller, and Intern(s) Travel:
Schedule all travel and accommodations for company, as needed
Qualifications:
Must live in Minnesota in the 7-county Twin Cities Metro Area Minimum two years administratvie assistant experience is required Must be able to take initiative - organize tasks and initiatves into priorities and get them done on schedule Able to communicate well - direct communication is necessary for success Ability to multi-task in high performing environment Must be able to self-manage and stay motivated and focused Must have a No Excuses attitutde and approach each day with an abundance mindset No negativity, please! The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
