Quick Apply Full-time 9 days ago Full Job Description A professional services firm is looking for a Client Service Associate, serving as the first point of contact for clients who need assistance with routine transactions and maintaining their accounts.
The CSA will act as the liaison between clients and Relationship Managers, who provide clients with account information, research client questions, prepare correspondence, and review and maintain appropriate records.
Successful candidates will work well under strict deadlines and provide exceptional customer service.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Work in a team environment to serve clients in a pleasant, professional manner in order to enhance the client experience Anticipate client needs, answer questions related to client accounts, assist with routine account transactions, and follow up with clients as necessary.
Build genuine relationships with clients by providing exemplary customer service in person, over the phone, and through written correspondence.
Document all communications and activity related to client accounts and transactions Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork and notify clients when their involvement is necessary to complete account transactions Understand and utilize the firm's software systems effectively Additional Skills Required:
Manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with respect to client and firm information Understand and adhere to all firm policies and procedures, exercise the highest level of professionalism in personal presentation, communication, and all interactions with clients and employees Demonstrate high levels of integrity, communicate effectively orally and in writing Work independently with self-motivation Required:
High school diploma & a minimum of 3 years of office experience with emphasis on customer service Preferred:
Associate or Bachelor's degree or post-high school education Experience in the financial industry with an understanding of the stock market, investments, and retirement plans Occasional weekend or evening hours as required by the demands of the role Travel between the organization's locations will likely be required on occasion.
