We clean for busy families located in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities.
Our small, close-knit team is made up of honest, good humans that have each other's backs.
We show up with a positive, kind attitude and ready to put in the hustle.
The Perks Part-time weekday hours, that means no nights or weekends Competitive hourly pay 100% of all tips split between the cleaners present at appointment Monthly self-care credit to treat yourself to the self-care of your choosing The Role Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service at all times Clean client homes using techniques and products provided by Nice & Neat Home Cleaning Consistently model Nice & Neat Home Cleaning's company values and mission Be positive and proactive in collaborating and finding solutions as issues arise This is a HARD job that is not for everyone.
If you don't have the hustle and physical stamina to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and lift for up to 8 hours each day this is probably not the job for you.
Because we work so hard every member of our team gets a self-care credit to be used on self-care of their choosing.
The Requirements & Expectations Must be at least 18 years old Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license Must have your own smartphone with cellular data Able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day with repeated bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, lifting Ability to take direction and deliver on follow through Superior attention to detail Ability to problem solve and communicate clearly Exhibit honesty and kindness and be willing to take feedback and improve every day!
