The Order Management Specialist is responsible for handling inbound sales orders and customer inquires by phone, email, fax and additional streams of communication, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues regarding service, billing and products.

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming requests from customers by phone, email or fax Enter sales orders from Sales Reps and make sure orders ship on time Processing orders, applications, forms and requests Providing information and resolving complaints regarding specific products, as well as services Reviewing open sales orders and providing status updates Entering complex customer orders into computer system Analyzing, obtaining and verifying order information Completing call reports and researching and resolving billing issues Providing customers with proper solution by using troubleshooting techniques Managing current accounts and keeping records of customer transactions and interactions Back-up others on Customer Service team Order Management Specialist Requirements:

years customer service experience, preferably in an office setting Experience in a data entry/order entry role Strong interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and handle many moving pieces at once Strong organizational skills are a must Ability to work within a team and communicate professionally with Customer Service team Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, etc.
