Elevate is our 18-month early career program that will challenge and enrich participants' learning experience developing skills, knowledge, and confidence.
Those involved in Elevate are full time employees that will have hands-on experience and exposure to different parts of the business providing a solid foundation to build their career within Veolia.
Upon successful completion of the program, Veolia will offer FTE in a procurement role that you help determine is right for you.
In addition to working within the Procurement CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and Category Teams, your participation with the September 2024 Elevate Cohort class includes development courses and business overviews, group coaching, assigned mentorship, and completion of an Innovation project.
Location:
Minnetonka, MN (or within 25 miles of facility location); flexibility for both in-office and remote schedule to be mutually determined.
Schedule:
8-5 Monday through FridayWhat your day might look like:
Learn to lead and influence stakeholder decisions made around our North American Indirect Procurement business Discover and qualify diverse & sustainable suppliers for upcoming RFPs through market analysis and procurement sustainability tools Create and support implementation for sustainable procurement projects around decarbonization, circular economy, human rights & compliance, and territorial value and inclusive sourcing Pull data from spend cubes for a variety of analysis, such as to identify trends of spend by category for each BU, top categories and top supplier Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation & support Indirect Category managers in preparing RFPs and negotiations Recommend and develop improvements to existing CSR and category team programs and processes Join customer sales calls with their respective CSR/ESG leads to discuss how together with Veolia we achieve ecological transformation QualificationsOur Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
